Shipping Policy

True Royalty is committed to delivering your artwork safely and in pristine condition, wherever you are in the world. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made to Order — Production Times
All True Royalty artworks are produced individually to order. We do not hold finished stock. This ensures the quality and integrity of every limited edition piece.
Estimated production times by product type:
- Aluminium Dibond, Acrylic Mirror prints, Lenticular Art: 10 - 14 working days
- LED Artwork: 14–28 working days
Production begins upon receipt of cleared payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched with tracking details when it leaves our studio.
Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year), production times may be extended; any known delays will be communicated on the website.
2. Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated transit times from dispatch. These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including customs processing for international orders.
- United Kingdom: 1–3 working days
- Europe (EU & Non-EU): 3–7 working days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Total lead time from order to delivery is production time plus transit time. For example, a UK customer ordering an aluminium dibond print can expect delivery within approximately 11–17 working days from the date of order.
3. Shipping Costs
Free insured worldwide shipping is included on all orders. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout. Any exceptions (e.g. remote locations, oversized commissions) will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
4. Specialist Art Packaging
Every True Royalty piece is packaged by hand using specialist materials appropriate to the product type.
All packages are sealed, labelled with fragile handling instructions, and insured for their full declared value.
5. Tracking
All orders are dispatched with a trackable service. You will receive your tracking number by email upon dispatch. Tracking can be used to monitor your shipment in real time via the carrier's website. True Royalty accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier once the item has been dispatched.
6. Transit Insurance & Damaged or Lost Shipments
All orders are fully insured during transit. In the event of loss or damage, the following applies:
- Damaged on arrival: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email to david@trueroyaltyart.com, with your order number, photographic evidence of the damage, and photographs of the packaging. Claims received outside this window cannot be processed. Please see our Returns Policy for the full claims process.
- Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more working days (UK) or 21 or more working days (International), contact us at david@trueroyaltyart.com and we will initiate a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss, which typically takes 14–28 days.
Do not discard any packaging until your claim has been resolved. Retention of original packaging may be required by the carrier.
7. International Orders — Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers outside the United Kingdom are solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or handling charges levied by their country's customs authority. True Royalty has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. These are entirely separate from the price paid to True Royalty and will not be reimbursed by us.
By placing an order for international delivery, you confirm that you are aware of and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are uncertain.
True Royalty declares all shipments at their full commercial value in compliance with UK export regulations. We do not falsify customs declarations under any circumstances.
